**This role is based in Altona and is initially for 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) for 4-5 hours per day with a potential for increased hours in the near future.**
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for our scheduling and recruitement operations. This person will work closely with our Customer Relations & Recruitment Officer to provide day to day clerical support. The role may involve updating files, keeping online records updated, contacting clients and employees, making changes to the scheduling system.
Core objectives include:
- Support the rostering operations
- Liaise with employees and clients regarding shift details
- Maintaining our database
- Record keeping and updating
- Manage and file documentation in accordance with company procedures

Experience
- Previous experience using company databases is desirable
- Experience using ShiftCare or a similar rostering, client management and billing software is an asset
- Relevant experience in a similar role within in a similar industry considered ideal
- Willingness to complete an NDIS Workers Screening Check
