**What you will be doing**:

- Understanding, researching, designing, and developing security Microsoft cloud solutions tailored to DXC’S Clients business needs.
- Participates in and leads client stakeholder brainstorming, technical planning and design sessions.
- Leverage your technical skill set to craft the technical vision by mapping DXC client requirements to Microsoft security/technical solutions and communicating through functional and technical designs
- Performing technical health checks for these Cloud platforms/environments prior to broader deployments.
- Assessing security maturity and recommending appropriate security strategy
- Perform cloud architecture reviews based on best practices recommendation by Vendors and other industry bodies like CSA, NIST and OWASP.
- Perform cloud security/technology risk assessments and controls review, assess the effectiveness of current processes/controls, and make recommendations to improve the cloud technology control environment, e.g., technical security review of cyber security solution designs to identify risks and vulnerabilities such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution architecture, Cloud Access Security Broker/ DLP solution architecture an etc.
- Review technology documents and provide secure design recommendations.
- Reporting and presenting to senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Delivering a project according to a Scope of Work (SOW)
- Be able to develop and improve internal and customer facing processes for repeatable implementation, customizations, and/or maintenance of Microsoft EMS/Azure Sentinel solutions
- Assist in presales efforts to close deals involving their area of expertise
- Contributing to the growth and development of DXC's Microsoft Cyber capability and service offerings.

**What skills and experience you will bring**:

- Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in security consulting focused on Microsoft Security technologies.
- Bachelors or higher degree desirable, preferably in technical discipline or field (Architecture, computer science, etc.)
- Microsoft Expert or Associate level certifications, e.g., Microsoft AZ-500, SC 200/300/400, SC-100 Certification
- Relevant security industry related certifications, e.g., CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC, CISA, SABSA, etc.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), NIST, Essential 8, ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, etc.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft on-premise and cloud solutions. These solutions may be in Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365, to include but not necessarily limited to:

- Azure Active Directory Premium
- Microsoft 365 Defender
- Defender for Office 365
- Defender for Endpoint
- Defender for Identity
- Microsoft Cloud App Security
- Azure Sentinel
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager/Intune)
- Data Loss Prevention
- Microsoft Information Protection
- Azure Infrastructure and Platform Services
- Experience in conducting Microsoft Security workshops
- Expert knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
- Understand security architectural patterns
- Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills.
- A good understanding of current legislation and precedence governing IT.
- Policy development and enforcement experience a plus.
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and task demands effectively.
- Good knowledge around modern security technologies.
- Good analytical and problem solving (troubleshooting) skills
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
- Ability to work within challenging, large-scale, business environment
