About the role

The Sales Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong

relationships with clients in the architecture and design sectors. They serve as the

primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that products

meet the needs of the projects, The and that customers are satisfied with the service

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers,

contractors, and other key decision-makers in the industry.

○ Develop and implement strategies to meet clients' specific needs and

requirements.

○ Provide personalised service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Promotion and Sales:
○ Present and demonstrate the company’s products to clients, highlighting

features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

○ Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing

clients.

○ Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with clients.
- Market Research and Analysis:
○ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the

industry.

○ Analyze competitors’ offerings to position products effectively in the

market.

○ Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and design

innovations.
- Project Management:
○ Collaborate with project teams to ensure product specifications meet

project requirements.

○ Oversee the implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery and

compliance with quality standards.

○ Provide technical support and advice to clients throughout the project

lifecycle.
- Networking and Business Development:
○ Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the

company's products and expand the client base.

○ Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market

share.

○ Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Reporting and Documentation:
○ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.

○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and

project details.

○ Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Training and Education:
○ Educate clients on new products, materials, and design trends.

○ Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
○ Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service

teams to ensure product offerings align with client needs.

○ Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.

Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, business, or a

related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the architecture or

The design industry is highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to

effectively engage with clients and present products.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of architectural and design principles,

materials, and construction processes.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and manage
