**Responsibilities**
- Management and delivery of projects to achieve quality outcomes
- Extensive understanding of all project requirements
- Ensure building design and construction documentation delivered meets objectives in co-ordination with the consultant team and aligned to client design brief
- Upholds Fuse standard of documentation processes and contributes to training of new and existing staff members in liaison with BIM Manager
- Ability to work collaboratively with the design and project team
- Program and manage project scope and resources and demonstrate project performance
- Act as a mentor and coach for all staff to help develop their skills
- Oversee delivery of high quality architectural documentation packages through design development and construction phases

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years' of practical experience as a Project Lead
- Organised and strong team management skills
- Lead Class 2 projects from inception through to delivery with limited assistance from senior management
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple stakeholders on complex projects
- Sound understanding of and interest in the commerciality of large-scale multi-unit residential projects
