**The role**

The role is responsible for lead generating, developing, and maintaining key client relationships within the Architecture and Design industry.

Based from our Surry Hills showroom, the role requires someone who is creative and passionate about communicating with people. You will deal with design firms daily to help develop their concepts into reality.

**Tasks and accountabilities**
- Build and nurture new leads and develop client databases.
- Introduce our brand and values to build genuine relationships with Interior Designers and Architects
- Present product offerings and concepts in person and over the phone.
- Participate in showroom sales, events and general presentations.
- Work within the residential, commercial and retail sectors
- Help match our products to environments to support the curation of ‘well designed spaces’
- Monitor the market for trends and developments that match the ethos of our brand

**About You**
- You will be enthusiastic, energetic and social with a desire to develop local connections within the design community.
- A passion for creativity and design, along with an environmental and ethical consciousness.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales and business development in the furniture, fixtures, lighting or general design industry
- Creative and motivated person who enjoys responsibility and collaborating as part of a team
- Have an Australian driver's license with ability to attend off-site client visits

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
