The Program/Project support role will be involved in a wide range of tasks including completing moderately complex procedural, operational, administrative and business support work in areas such as contract management, procurement, risk management and governance and undertaking other level appropriate activities in relation to the management of programs and projects.

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the broader team including management of correspondence and documentation; ensuring compliance with record management requirements
- Support stakeholder relationships and engagements, to help inform and influence programs and artefact development
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, take effective formal minutes and action items for meetings and ensure timely turnaround for review and distribution
- Support the provision of advice including anticipating problems and contributing to issues management
- Contribute to business improvement strategies
- Assist in preparing briefs and correspondence for senior executive and the Ministers Office
- Be a supportive member of a team with the willingness to respond to varied tasks and times of peak workload

**Eligibility**
- Applicants must be an Australian citizen to apply.
- Applicants must have or be able to acquire a minimum baseline clearance.

**Notes**

A merit pool will be established that may be used to fill similar positions within the next 18 months.
