As Learning and Capability Manager, reporting to the GM - People & Performance, you will be responsible for building and executing a Learning & Development strategy across our business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Build a Learning & Development strategy across ANZ to support how Ingham’s develops the capabilities, skills and competencies of our workforce
- Lead the review and continuous improvement of our current L&D programs across our Operations and Support functions including Continuous Improvement, Safety, Quality, and Customer
- Lead the Learning Management System implementation (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Work closely with the business transformation team to roll out learning content for the effective implementation of new systems/processes across a business wide system upgrade
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve our L&D programs and support the design and/or sourcing of appropriate content to improve business capability
- Provide specialist advice and direction on L&D strategies and learning requirements, including identifying skill gaps
- Work with the People & Performance teams, Operational Management teams, Functional Leaders and Senior Leaders across Operations and Support areas
- Support and drive change management initiatives across the Business
- Work with the wider business to develop new product or equipment release and procedural change material
- Partner with the business to develop eLearning modules and other tools and resources to support our workforce and employee lifecycle
- Design and deliver bespoke management and leadership initiatives to meet the organisation’s development needs
- Upskill internal facilitators/Training Coaches to the required standard to train materials

**Key Experience and Attributes**:

- Significant professional experience in a corporate organisation working in a strategic L&D capacity
- Extensive experience supporting and implementing change across a large organisation
- Demonstrable LMS experience
- Superior ability to engage with and influence a broad range of stakeholders across multiple departments in a geographically dispersed business
- A highly flexible and versatile team player who can deliver at both a strategic level alongside rolling up their sleeves to facilitate training and support the business’s transformation journey at all levels
- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work in a large, complex and sometimes ambiguous environment
- SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous
