**Engineering Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to support our Agent Solutions business, where we create software solutions to elevate real estate agent’s

workflow with the mission to empower agents to do today’s tasks in half the time. As an Engineering Manager for Agent Solutions, you’ll play a key role as a senior technology leader to make it happen.

**Who are you?**
- Experienced in building, developing and leading multiple high performing Software Development teams, being the leader of leaders.
- Contribute to the technology strategy and roadmap both for Agent Solutions and the broader Domain Group.
- Work alongside Product peers to help define product roadmaps. Ensuring key technical complexities are considered and we are producing excellent technical solutions.
- Lead engaged, aligned, and customer-focused teams and continuously improve the way the teams execute and deliver the business outcomes
- Be accountable for the delivery, security, and operations of your products and use metrics to identify and drive continuous improvement.
