We are a market leading company specializing in Design & Construction of Post Tension works.

We are currently in the lookout for:

  • Post Tension/ Structural Engineer
  • Post Tension/ Strucutral Draftsperson

About the roles:

Engineer -

  • Post tension concrete design and documentation using RAPT or similar
  • Structural Engineer in a design-focused role
  • Assist in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel, and timber elements using industry-standard software.
  • Prepare design markups and sketches for drafters, and review drawing packages in coordination with more experienced engineers.
  • Participate in internal design discussions and client coordination meetings to develop technical and professional skills.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, manage project timelines and collaborate with the internal team
  • Work closely with the Principal Engineer and Drafting manager

Draftsperson –

  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with post tension drafting
  • Familiar with all building codes and Australian Standards for commercial, residential, and industrial builds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Principal Engineer and Drafting manager

Essential criteria

  • Related Engineering qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of engineering or drafting experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Understanding of engineering principles
  • Proficiency in RAPT/ RAM Concept to design Post Tension concrete and systems
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD
  • Full working rights in Australia
