**The Opportunity**
As our new Process Management Consultant, you'll help to drive organisational transformation by helping to establish process standards and governance frameworks. This multifaceted role goes beyond process improvement, enabling you to:
- Helping to tailor and embed comprehensive governance and standards across our operational processes
- Take on initiatives to reimagine processes and implement changes supporting implementation of our customer strategy
- Leverage process mapping tools such as Bizzdesign
You will bring industry best practices and technology solutions knowledge to our M&A process practice, ensuring that our processes are managed, maintained, governed, and optimised.
**About You**
We're looking for a process management specialist with:
- 5+ years of experience in process design, reengineering, and continuous improvement
- Experience in highly regulated environments, particularly financial services
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and drive meaningful change
- Exceptional analytical and communication capabilities
- A human-centred design approach
- Proven success in end-to-end process transformation
- High-energy stakeholder management skills
- A proactive problem-solving mindset
