In the role of Consultant Process Optimisation you will join the Process Optimisation team that’s doubling down on winning together.

**Note: This role is a fixed term 7-month secondment.**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Analyse enterprise processes to uncover opportunities that improve efficiency, outcomes and customer experience.
- Support optimisation projects from planning through to delivery, helping re-engineer how NAB operates.
- Create compelling, data-led presentation decks that cut through for executive level decision makers.
- Collaborate across teams to simplify the complex, define success measures and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
- Balance analytical rigour with strategic thinking to support enterprise-wide transformation.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Multiple years in financial services, with a background in operations, change or process improvement.
- Proven skills in business and data analysis s, with the ability to summarise complexity and communicate clearly.
- Experience developing comms or presentation packs for senior stakeholders, ideally in a transformation setting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A customer centric mindset with a focus on simplification and measurable impact.
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, UX, automation, or process mining would be a bonus.
