We are looking for a self-motivated Consultant to deliver governance of Process Hub and NABit. Reporting to the Manager, Process Systems Governance, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the enterprise assets which house NAB’s process models and work instructions, while proactively managing risk and governance.

**In this role, you will**:

- Combine knowledge of NAB processes and systems to provide support and updates to the Process Hub and NABit system.
- Provide effective and efficient governance over NAB’s processes and NABit work instructions.
- Maintain NAB’s processes frameworks by updating technical artefacts and process procedures.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, addressing diverse needs and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with relevant teams (Product Governance Improvement, Technology, Customer Division Change Managers and DCOs).

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript and Java with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience and knowledge of technology assets (SAP Signavio and Sharepoint NABit).
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to utilise available resources and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Agile/Project/Change management would be highly regarded.
