**Your new role**

In your new role as supply chain specialist, you’ll look after end-to-end supply chain processes for the business unit, your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintenance of demand forecasting models, seeking means to improve accuracy through process improvement and collaboration with key stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Inventory management for the product portfolio, ensure adequate safety stock levels and availability, updating the material master and managing the product lifecycle from start to finish.
- Management of the purchase ordering process for all products, liaising with customers, vendors, and key internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring of shipping schedules to update customers on ETAs, communicate issues to the wider business and work with key stakeholders internal/external to find solutions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an end-to-end supply chain planning role, with demonstrable knowledge across demand & supply planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics.
- Product knowledge will be highly regarded, with a proven ability to work with complex goods and to operate within a global supply chain with a broad supplier base.
- Excellent systems skills, with ERP experience (preferably SAP) and advanced MS Excel, and a demonstrated ability to run key inventory reports and conduct stock analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, high-level attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects over longer time horizons highly regarded.
