**About the role**:
You will be joining a Pastoral Care team, providing and promoting excellent compassionate pastoral ministry and spiritual care to patients, families, significant others and staff in a multi-disciplinary context informed by best practice.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2. Knowledge of and an appreciation of differing value systems, beliefs and practices.
3.Theological or Psychology/Counselling Education including at least one 400 hour unit of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education).
4. Ability to assess, develop, document and administer a person centred spiritual care plan.
5. Demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork with the ability to motivate self and others.
6. Highly developed interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities, including oral and written communication skills.
7. Innovative thinker, ability to analyse and solve problems.
8.Ability to prepare and lead liturgy/worship.
