About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to demonstrate responsibility for the operational planning, management and evaluation of designated services and maintenance of professional nursing within CSDS.
About you
- Undertake, and participate in ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
- Accountable for managing effective and cost-efficient management of hospital resources and services within and available to the CSDS in collaboration with the Nursing Director, CSDS.
- Practice collaboratively within the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
- Participate in and manage the performance and development planning of self and staff reporting to the position.
- Integrate organisational policies and guidelines with professional standards by maintaining a current knowledge and participating in relevant policy review.
