The role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, contract management, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management skills to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.The ADON has highly developed data analysis skills and the ability to provide high level advice on Patient Flow strategies to the Director of Nursing MSH PF & CCS and MSH executive teams.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.Our ICARE² values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
