About the Role
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) provides contemporary operational and professional nursing leadership for the Community and Oral Health Services. The role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.
