**About the role**:
As an Alliance Program Manager reporting to the Head of Energy within the Procurement team, you will develop, implement and manage strategic initiatives and partnerships that mitigate energy and climate risk and capitalise on emerging opportunities.

You’ll also:

- Be responsible for the activation of the Phase 1 Alliance and mobilisation of cross funtional teams and key stakeholders
- Establish and facilitate the Steering Committee meetings, including agendas, review of minutes and briefings
- Oversee and champion ongoing collaborative relationship development with Alliance partners
- Establish and deliver project governance, including internal and external reporting
- Implement the internal operations model and coordinate internal stakehodlers
- Leverage strategic and innovative thinking to drive commercially viable solutions that create value for Coles

**About you and your skills**:

- Strong experience in project management or retail strategy focussed on environmental sustainability
- Experience managing direct reports
- Relevant Tertiary Degree
- Sustainability/ Business/ Commerce/ Engineering or similar
- Ability to lead the creation, implementaion, and governance reporting of cross functional projects within a fast-paced culture of change
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
