**About The Role**:
As the Ethical Sourcing Program Manager, your primary responsibilities execution of the Ethical Sourcing Strategy across selected areas such as training and education, reporting, framework development and communications.

**You’ll also**:

- Be responsible for identifying and delivering projects to continuously improve the Ethical Sourcing framework and associated activities.
- Lead, develop and deliver reporting processes for all elements of the program including (but not limited to): annual reporting (modern slavery, sustainability), internal data assurance, board reporting, weekly business unit specific reporting, external benchmarking
- Communicate to and support team members and suppliers on Program compliance issues and broader compliance requirements. Identify business needs for coaching then develop and deliver key information to required stakeholders.

**About you and your skills**:

- Experience in an ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, legal, quality, or equivalent role.
- Skilled at preparing program policy, documentation
- Background in ethical sourcing including understanding of international standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management Negotiation and Influencing skills
