Our Financial Services team is growing and looking for a Program Delivery Manager to join the team.

**About the role**:
As a Program Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects spanning business, analytics, IT and Customer Experience to achive strategic business initiatives.

**You will**:

- Manage scope, cost & schedule, risks, vendors & teams
- Establish and follow processes to ensure appropriate governance and clear communication
- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately
- Identify and deliver new initiatives to drive an improved customer experience across portfolio in partnership with Insurance Business Managers
- Be accountable for individual and team compliance with company values, policies and procedures (including Coles Code of Conduct) and all applicable external laws and regulations

**You have experience in**:

- Managing multiple functional areas
- Leading and working with dispersed teams
- Managing cost and schedule
- Vendor management
- Data migration
- Creation new customer experiences
- Financial Services and Insurance industries
