**About the role**:
Are you an approachable and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We're seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of CSR. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with diverse clientele, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- First point of contact for all visitors at Head Office.
- Maintain all Building Services documentation including contractor certifications/licences.
- Head Office parking coordination and reporting.
- Maintain all office consumables.
- Monitoring of Head Office security systems along with programming and issuing staff security cards/access.
- Manage the coordination of contractors for office upgrades/maintenance as well as liaise with facilities team for all workstation service requests.
- Building Services invoice and purchase order processing via SAP.
- Role model in all CSR Behaviours.

**About You**:

- Experience in a comparable position.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in managing stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prior experience with SAP is advantageous.
