- Coordinating the provision of home oxygen services, ensuring seamless delivery and monitoring of equipment to clients.
- Maintaining accurate client records and data within relevant systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, suppliers, and clients to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the program.

To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in healthcare or a related field would be advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.
