About the Role

As a Home Support Worker based in Mount Barker, you will provide personal and social support to our customers, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing in their own homes. Every visit makes a meaningful impact — from assisting with daily living activities to being a friendly face they can rely on.

Skills and Experiences:

What You'll Need

Certificate III in Individual Support, Home & Community Care, or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

National Police Clearance and up-to-date vaccinations (including COVID-19 & Influenza).

A valid driver's licence, reliable insured vehicle, and smartphone
