An exciting opportunity is now available for a Building Project Supervisor to join our busy team based in Adelaide. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be accountable for providing effective supervision and coordination of small to medium minor works projects within Spotless' contract with the University of Adelaide (UoA).

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Adherence to all Zero Harm principles
- Actively participate in all Zero Harm initiatives
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders across UoA who may have queries regarding day to day works or minor works projects.
- Effectively liaise with and coordinate multiple Service Delivery Partners (SDP's) who Spotless regularly engages with
- Effectively manage work orders to meet contractual guidelines
- Develop and maintain a team based approach by providing support and encouragement to team members
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Actively seek ways to improve work efficiencies and identify areas where opportunities for business improvements can be implemented

**What you’ll bring**
- Trade certification or licence
- Current and unrestricted drivers licence
- An understanding of high risk works, i.e., working at heights, mobile elevated work platforms through obtaining necessary tickets or on the job experience
- Knowledge of Building Code and Safework SA guidelines
- Demonstrated experience in managing, communicating with and prioritising multiple stakeholders, both external and internal.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and supervising small to medium minor works projects.
- Previous experience with estimating and quoting small to medium minor works projects
