Our client, is an established South Australian owned and operated business providing home modification products for over 25 years. Due to rapid growth, they are expanding their teams.

Servicing the greater metropolitan area and surrounds, creating and installing a range of bathroom modifications, ramp constructions, platforms, grab rails and alterations to enable their valued clients to continue to enjoy a level of independence in their homes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Site visits with clients and Occupation Therapists (OT) to assist with scope of works
- Writing scope of works for major mods (bathrooms, ramps, doorway widenings etc)
- Drawing basic diagrams of bathrooms and ramps for quoting purposes
- Arranging quotes from subcontractors for major mods and preparing client quotes
- Efficient coordination, control and supervision of all site work
- Ensure total compliance of all subcontractors and internal staff
- Inspect progression of works, ensuring quality standards
- Dealing with client complaints in relation to works
- Document all aspects of work

**Skills & Experience**:

- **5-10 yrs experience in refurbishments & alterations is essential**:

- Team leader or manager experience in building trade
- Unrestricted SA building license
- Outstanding people and customer service skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Non smoker with good personal presentation and hygiene
- AU drivers licence
- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
