Immediate Start – Project Supervisor (Building & Maintenance) South Australia

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team for building and maintenance projects, with a focus on public housing upgrades, responsive maintenance work, and government building FM management. This is an absolute immediate start opportunity for a highly motivated and hands-on professional. About the Role

As Project Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects in the public infrastructure and housing maintenance sectors.
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, leveraging your network of contractors and access to skilled labour to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate with client representatives, frontline teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Drive compliance with statutory, contractual, and quality requirements.
  • Report on performance metrics, project milestones, and risk mitigation.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

  • Builders licence essential.
  • Strong supervisory experience in large-scale facilities maintenance, housing upgrade programs, or government asset management.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within structured government contracts and performance frameworks.
  • Established network of contractors and access to skilled labour.
  • Sound understanding of WHS, compliance obligations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Trade qualification or relevant industry background (desirable).
