Our client is an Australian building and manufacturing company which has been going strong for over 30 years. With a progressive approach and an impressive management team, they have been delivering strong results and have an inclusive, customer-focused culture.

Due to the incumbent taking maternity leave, we are seeking an established HR practitioner for a 12 month contract, with a strong possibility of a permanent role eventuating. Reporting to an effective and supportive Chief People Officer, you will be partnering with the Adelaide business units to implement P&C initiatives, providing advice and coaching to ensure alignment with the organisation’s objectives and high performing culture.

With 2 - 3 years generalist HR experience as a Business Partner, you will have strong communication skills, the ability to build effective working relationships quickly and influence stakeholders and a hands on and down to earth approach.
