About the Role:
As a key member of Sonder’s growing People & Culture team, you will step into a pivotal HR Business Partner role where you’ll provide expert advice and support across compliance, employment legislation, and internal policy matters.

You’ll partner with leaders to drive positive workplace practices, supporting performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Your work will help shape a healthy workplace culture and contribute to ongoing improvements in HR systems and processes.

You will also play an active role in recruitment support, HR administration, and workers’ compensation processes. Reporting to the Executive Manager, People & Culture, and working collaboratively with another HR Business Partner, you’ll bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to achieving Sonder’s strategic goals.

Experience Requirements:

- Proven successful and recent experience in a busy HR generalist type role, preferably within a not for profit or commercial organisation;
- Experience in managing complex industrial relations issues
- Experience in respecting and maintaining integrity and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters
- Experience in using HRIS systems

Qualification and Other Requirements:

- Currently studying towards a minimum Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Valid South Australian Drivers Licence
