Melbourne, Australia HLD International Pty Ltd Full time

As Project Leader for HLD Fashion International Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
Administration: Streamlining and maintaining office procedures, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

Business Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate goals, oversee budget and financial management, and monitor key performance indicators to drive business growth.

Corporate Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales.

Store Network Construction: Oversee the development and expansion of our brick-and-mortar store network, ensuring optimal location, store layout and efficient resource allocation.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

At least 5 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or luxury fashion.

Familiar with business and marketing strategies, and have experience in store network construction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

A proactive, results-oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.

A passion for luxury fashion and a keen understanding of industry trends.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $39.35 per hour
