Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the property investment space. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and results to our valued clients. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Projects Team Leader to join their team in the heart of South Yarra

As the Projects Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and actively participating in the client investment property process. You will drive the efforts to track progress, swiftly resolve any issues, and facilitate seamless communication among all stakeholders.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the workflow and team resources to ensure optimal portfolio management and efficient task distribution.
- Communicate project updates and process explanations clearly and effectively to clients.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure cross-department alignment and a positive end to end workflow.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement a comprehensive project team administration strategy, encompassing training plans, continuous process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and digital transformation initiatives.

**About you**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite
- The ability to build relationships with clients.
- Previous experience in a Projects Team Lead role is preferred.
- Highly driven with high levels of initiative
