**Job Summary**

This position requires someone with a strong interest in womens fashion who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. As the Online Fashion Coordinator, you’ll be managing our Online Store and liaising with customers on a daily basis. The applicant must be able to multi-task and have a can-do attitude. Small business means you will help with a bit of everything but that means no day will be the same. You will have an excellent opportunity to learn about the behind-the-scenes of e-commerce fashion and grow with us. You will also be working closely with the business owner, so a proactive attitude is desirable. T

**The Position**
- Manage all aspects of the e-commerce process on Shopify platform, including daily uploading of products to the website, writing content descriptions and editing images.
- Drive online sales by managing all owned and paid channels, including social media accounts, weekly MailChimp EDMs and all online content and promotions.
- Develop, improve and optimise all digital marketing activity, driving traffic to the site and optimising for conversions.
- Create and develop all digital content, including all visual assets and copywriting/blogging duties.
- Manage customer orders and despatch (including some pick and pack duties).
- Control inventory management and stock take.
- Assist with ecommerce photoshoots and daily shooting of product. - Other administrative/customer service duties as determined by management.
- **Skills & Experience**
- A thorough knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster tools and Facebook Business Manager
- Experience with Photoshop and/or image editing software - Analytical experience (reporting, Google Analytics, etc) - Excellent English (written and verbal communication skills) - Has a great interest in ecommerce and women's fashion and is familiar with the industry. Marketing experience is desirable.
