As the **Associate Director, Group Insurance** you will be part of the **Group Insurance team**that’s doubling down on providing exceptional customer outcomes through strategic risk management.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Support the design and implementation of the annual insurance program.
- Provide strategic and technical insurance advice to NAB’s global business units.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group.
- Support the management of insurance claims.
- Gather and analyse insurance risk data to support decision-making.
- Provide input to third party contracts.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Previous experience in insurance, working on global insurance programs.
- Strong technical knowledge of general insurance products and program design.
- Sound understanding of insurance clauses in third party contracts and risk implications.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills and a curious mindset.
