Warwick Christian College is seeking an organised and proactive Student Services Officer to join the College’s administration team. **About the Role**
The Student Services Team provides administrative support and manages student service functions within our College. Working closely with other teams in the organisation to provide students with a high level of customer service and a positive learning experience.
- Be the first point of contact for student enquiries
- Handle complaints and resolve student concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records
- Support other teams with administrative needs
- Assisting with general business support, such as stationery, supplies and amenities.
- Administrative or office support experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, proactive and able to work independently
- be a dependable worker with a positive nature
- fully support the Christian ethos of the College
**Essential qualifications are**:
- a current Blue Card (Queensland Working with Children Check)
- Right to work in Australia
