**Role Description/Criteria**
Galilee Regional Catholic Primary School has an enrolment of approximately 330 students. We are seeking to appoint an Administration/Reception Officer to join our School Community. We require a skilled and innovative Administration/Reception Officer with a passion for working in a school community. We are seeking someone with exceptional communication skills and experience in school based administration and reception services.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
**The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the following**:
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- reception services, office management and administrative skills;
- team-based approach in a collegial environment;
- experience with school-based digital platforms ie. MS & Google Suite,
- previous experience with ICON / including efin and esis advantageous
- ability to negotiate and update social media, school website and assist in publication of school bulletins
- commitment to the Galilee Regional Catholic Primary School Child Safety Policy and Staff Code of Conduct;
- commitment to ongoing professional learning and the continuing development of a positive school culture;
- provide a welcoming and positive demeanour in daily interactions with students, parents and staff
- assist with First Aid
**Special Requirements**:
- First Aid - Level 2 Qualified or prepared to obtain as soon as possible,
- Current Working with Children Check,
- National Police Record Check
