We are looking for a motivated professional who is ready to get fully involved in all aspects of sales, service and parts, and who has proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry. Volkswagen experience valued, but not essential.

As General Manager, you will work closely with the Dealer Principal and be responsible for overseeing all dealership activities involved in the sales and delivery of our extensive inventory of new Volkswagen and used vehicles, service and parts. Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems is essential for success in this role.

Your expertise in managing a team is essential. A professional appearance and manner, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to lead and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales and service targets. We believe that creating a positive and engaging environment is key to fostering excellent customer and staff experiences, so your ability to connect with people will be paramount.
