**Experienced Vehicle Service Advisor - Northern Beaches**

Are you a customer-focused, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced service environment? We’re looking for a **skilled Service Advisor** to join our dynamic team at **Northern Beaches Nissan & Subaru**, representing two of Australia’s most trusted automotive brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Acting as the key liaison between our customers and the service workshop
- Providing exceptional customer service from booking through to vehicle collection
- Explaining service requirements, quotes, and repair work clearly and professionally
- Managing daily service schedules and coordinating with technicians
- Following up on work in progress, parts, and customer communications
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

What You Bring:

- **Previous experience as a Service Advisor** in an automotive dealership or independent workshop (essential)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience using dealership DMS systems (e.g., Pentana/ERA or similar)
- Current and valid **Driver’s Licence**:

- **Full working rights** in Australia

Pay: $51,143.45 - $92,995.99 per year
