Join our dynamic Audi team as a Service Receptionist We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to manage the front desk at our busy service department. If you have a knack for communication, are organized, and enjoy providing excellent customer care, this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the service department.
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technician time.
  • Handle phone inquiries regarding service, parts, and general information.
  • Provide customers with updates on their vehicle status and estimated completion times.
  • Process service paperwork, including work orders, service agreements, and payments.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, managing customer records).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the automotive industry but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
