Manage the construction of large scale Mast towers nationwide
**Your new company**
A market leading organisation who specialise in the Design, Manufacture and Construction of large scale Masts and Radio towers Australia Wide. Working with Government, Military, Public and Private utilities, they have a people focused approach and a reputation for innovation.

**Your new role**
As Supervisor, you will oversee the Construction of Radio Towers Australia-wide. This includes the on-site management and organisation of trades, ensuring works are completed safely and in line with time and cost targets. You'll be the point of contact for the allocated Project Manager.
Working away from home is essential as this company work on projects across the country.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Advanced Rigging licence
- Experience managing/leading crews
- Proactive approach to meeting safety, cost and time targets
- Driver's licence
- Ability to climb towers - Not afraid of heights
- Team player with a positive attitude

**What you'll get in return**
In return you'll be joining a forward-thinking leader who genuinely value and reward their staff. There is a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + Super on offer, which will rise to an average package of $160,000 + Super with Uplift + LAHA. There is also a bonus on top off this package.

Typical rosters are 3-1 however there if flexibility to work around your preferences.

You will be flown to the allocated site from your nearest airport, so they are able to hire from any location within Australia.
