**Your Role**:
As a Structural Site Supervisor, you'll be the linchpin between project management and on-site execution.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring their adherence to project timelines
- Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborating closely with project managers to ensure smooth workflow
