**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the finishes package, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Regularly check work progress while maintaining high standards and strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
- Liaise with the project management team to align on objectives and maintain project integrity.
- Maintain detailed site records (daily logs, progress reports, inspections) and provide team leadership to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in Tier 1 or 2 construction, with specific finishes experience and managing large-scale projects ($90m+).
- Proven ability to manage and supervise complex construction projects with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction practices, techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and skilled at reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments; a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
