**Your new role**
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our civil construction crew on a full-time permanent basis primarily located at our Pimpama Resort, with occasional travel to other company sites. We are looking for an experienced hands-on leader to oversee, monitor and track the progress of all civil work activities for their site.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A plant operating licence and experience
- Successfully completed a Certificate III Civil Construction or higher
- Civil subdivision experience (highly desirable)
- Effective communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Construction Induction white/blue card
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Motivation to learn and excel in this type of role
