You will be responsible for the management of land sales and ongoing monitoring and oversight of sales and settlements of our land development projects, in conjunction with supporting our building brands and executing our land development strategy.

**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include**:

- Managing the continuous supply of land sales releases
- Managing all land sales contracts within appropriate timeframes and in accordance with current legislation
- Driving and leading the team to achieve our land sales and settlement targets
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including other land developers and builders
- Conducting regular on-site estate audits
