You will be responsible for driving and managing all aspects of the approvals, construction and delivery of our residential land developments on time and to budget, maximising the return on investment.

**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include**:
- Consulting with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner consistent with our acquisition strategy and feasibility
- Utilising and managing our specialist consultants to achieve planning and development objectives
- Preparing budgets for each development project. Monitoring actual costs against budget and investigating variances on a timely basis
- Manage and drive the delivery of civil construction and landscaping infrastructure across multiple projects on time and on budget
- Ensuring all land development activity is undertaken in accordance with law and that the Group meets all relevant compliance obligations
- Developing and setting KPI’s and targets for land development activities
- Drive and lead the land development team to achieve KPI’s
