Looking for a skilled Sales Administrator to support a medical research organisation on a permanent basis

**Your new company**
A leading medical research organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Administrator, to come on board and assist in managing sales order processes from start to finish. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, with parking on site and access to public transport.

**Your new role**
As the Sales Administrator you will mainly be responsible for managing sales order processes from start to finish. In addition to this you will be responsible for thoroughly supporting the Business Development team with various administration tasks, including:

- Gathering data and information for projects, to import onto the internal database
- Create sales order requests for all running studies and projects
- Update and maintain customer records accurately
- Collect customer details and provide an estimation/quote for all services
- Monitor and follow up on invoices and payments, supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager
- Oversee general administration tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role. Ideally you will also have strong IT skills, with some exposure to the system NetSuite. In addition, you will have;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy
- Strong communication skills to be able to provide quality advice to customers
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work towards multiple demanding deadlines
- Support the wider team with IT processes, particularly when using NetSuite

This role is being offered on a full-time basis, however can offer some flexibility on hours if required.
