Our client, a boutique property development company has appointed us to source a Sales Administrator for their Perth office. Their main focus is on the ‘owner occupier’ apartment market within mixed use developments and they have developed several large scale high-rise apartment developments in Perth. With over half a billion dollars on the books, they are one of the largest privately owned property developers in Western Australia.

Tasks & responsibilities and experience required of the Sales Administrator include;
- Minimum 3+ years’ admin experience in property sales, property development or real estate
- general admin for property sales related items
- Sales contracts administration
- Understanding the settlement process, stamp duty, paperwork lodgement etc
- upon handover, coordination of training / induction for purchaser to the building
- assisting with handover packs for clients and inspections
- Right to work in Australia
- Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks
