Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire production process of modifying and manufacturing our purposely built trucks.
- Ensure efficient coordination between the engineering, mechanical, and drafting departments.
- Manage and optimise production schedules, resource allocation, and budget.
- Implement and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a relevant field, preferably related to heavy machinery.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing production strategies, policies and plans involving heavy machinery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
