Are you an experienced Product Developer/Pattern Maker with people leadership experience looking to make the next step in your career? Going to market with a new collection every fortnight of 35-45 new and unique garments, it’s never a dull day for our product development team We are on the lookout for an experienced Product Development Team Leader to provide workflow management and leadership to our talented team of Product Developers/Patternmakers to bring our designs to life. In this role you will lead the Product Development team in developing products that sometimes push the boundaries, so you’ll need to be comfortable thinking outside the box on how to deliver the things that others say can’t be done in a way that’s achievable for our onshore and offshore factories.

**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Developer/Pattermaker with people leadership experience looking to take on a new challenge in a fun & fast paced environment. As Product Team Leader you will plan, prioritise and coordinate the daily schedule in line with the critical path and in close collaboration with the Merchandise team. You’ll work as part of the team to personally develop products according to the allocation plan.

As Team Leader you will support team members in technical construction issues. You will provide leadership to the team to inspire and drive performance.

So what else might you get up to on the reg?
- Translate designer’s sketches into technical designs ensuring that these are commercial and that production capabilities are considered
- Work with on shore and off shore factories to develop product
- Ensure tech packs are accurate and detailed to support our factories with sample and bulk production
- Coordinate fit sessions, taking relevant notes and give feedback and suggestions on garments

**About You**

If you thrive working in a fun, fast paced but supportive environment with an awesome product, then this is a role for you. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience leading a team as well as 5 years experience in the product development space.

You will be a strong relationship builder, and confident in working with offshore factories. You will be a problem solver and a collaborator at heart. You will consider yourself super organised and love supporting others with workflow/critical path delivery.
