Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Gippsland and Wagga Wagga.

We are on a strong growth trajectory, with new clinics opening over the coming months,** **and are seeking a **Medical Imaging Receptionist** **to become an integral part of this exciting and significant phase of our business journey, based at our **Box Hill** clinic.

Committed to providing a premium service to both our patients and referrers, this role is integral to the experience our patients have with us, along with the smooth running of our practice.

**What will you be doing?**

As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcome patients and provide them with information about their appointment
- Manage calls and patient bookings
- Respond to enquiries from patients and referrers
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting

**What are we looking for?**

To be successful, you will need to have:

- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Experience working autonomously and part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Confidence with technology
- Flexibility to work at our other sites (within local vicinity) as required
- Availability to work across a 5 day rotating roster (early and late shifts) that covers the operational hours of 8am to 8pm (Mon to Thu), 8am to 6pm (Fri) and occasional Saturday mornings (8am to 1pm)
