Construction Supervisor opportunity, working on water projects with a Sydney-based company.

**Your new company**

Our client specialises in the supply and repair of water pipeline services. They are a private owned Sydney-based company who offers their service regarding water pipelines, plumbing and drainage work to clients across Sydney and the wider area.

**Your new role**

As the Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site activities, including coordinating multiple site crews, plant, equipment, and materials. You will work with the management team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, while prioritising health and safety at all times.

Main duties are but not limited to:

- Construction management support
- Procurement of project resources including labour, plant, equipment and materials
- Resource planning
- Subcontractor and supplier engagement
- Addressing and reporting any project program related issues
- Client and stakeholder management support
- Conducting relevant site inspections
- Zero Harm (HSEQ) systems management and compliance

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Trade qualified or relevant industry experience
- In depth and highly articulate knowledge and experience within the Water / Civil Contracting industry
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills of Site Supervisors
- Demonstrated project administrative experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and strong commitment to Zero Harm (HSEQ)
- Demonstrated ability to consult with personnel on Zero Harm (HSEQ)
