THE OPPORTUNITY
As part of the Operations and Engineering team, the role plays an important part in managing the asset management system on behalf of our client, the Coles Group.
You will lead a dedicated and engaged team who are responsible for managing the collection of asset data, scheduling of preventative maintenance regimes & preparation of maintenance documentation and lifecycle plans.

It is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on our asset management journey. This role is a great opportunity for a strategic thinking individual who enjoys leading a team and using data to provide insightful recommendations.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop annual maintenance budget
- Develop and maintain the integrity of the asset registry framework and records
- Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs
- Manage maintenance certificates or related
- Utilize asset date to provide meaningful information to senior management
- Team management & leadership
- Work with General Manager
- Asset Management to develop a strategic asset management plan framework

**You will be required to**:

- Microsoft Excel - essential
- Team leadership experience - essential
- Budgeting & forecasting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Can-do attitude and inquisitive
- Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starting, able to work with a minimum of supervision & under time constraints at times
- A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
